I had a basic cleaning at the Union Square location with Hygienist Nelly, and it was by far the best cleaning I've ever had. These days, it's hard to find good customer service, and Nelly made me feel right at home. She's an experienced Hygienist who thoroughly cleans with a careful hand. I felt like a priority and not just another patient. Finally, she took the time to provide helpful feedback, and I left the office in a better mood than when I arrived.

This place ROCKS!!! If you’re someone who’s dental-phobic, they will take such great care of you. Nelly is gentle and quick and straightforward to help manage those frightened expectations :) the people managing the office are flexible and clear with what you’re paying for v what insurance will cover which is also so helpful. I am so thrilled with my experience. Highly. Strongly. Exuberantly. Enthusiastically recommend. Thanks for being awesome y’all!

My favorite dentist and office staff, EVER! Professional, clean, efficient, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about the 14th street office. I feel very lucky I found them!

So, first I had to return because the doctor had an emergency while I was there. The root canal was done in one shot so that was cool at least. Nevine the office manager took care of me thankfully. The Endo was sweet and worked great with Patricia. The price was STEEP. That part sucked! I found a place by me that would had been way cheaper. Jack was so nice and accommodating. Sent me X-rays immediately upon request. Thanks to you all just was expensive unfortunately. I rather be honest .

In the two years I've been visiting Dental365 Union Square, my experiences have been consistently excellent. Many dental offices offer technically proficient dentistry, and Dental365 Union Square is no exception. What truly sets them apart is the staff's remarkable attunement to their patients and superior communication skills. My hygienist, in particular, deserves special mention; we always share a good laugh or two as I settle in, which makes the experience all the more pleasant before we get down to business. I highly recommend Dental365 Union Square.

I’m pleased with the whole-hearted care and concern Dr. Kristin Song’s team has as you walk through the office. I always say a “welcome” opens up a safe and comforting atmosphere. Going to a dental office is not fun. But, going to meet with Dr. Song’s team to get medical care for my mouth has made things a lot more easier! AND, because of their medical care and concern, they are able to performance dental procedures with excellent results. Thank you!

I loved my experience here! It was my first time here and everything about my visit was awesome. Receptionists were kind, my dental hygienist was informative and gave me a great cleaning, and the office was top notch clean and very modern looking. I got to pick what music I wanted to listen to as well!
